Shipping Policy
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Contractor Tool Supply uses UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers to ship products to you. For bulky or overweight items, we utilize Freight services. We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
The "Get it by" time listed on the product page is an estimate based on various factors and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, factors outside our control may cause delays. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after being placed, but some may take longer, while others may arrive earlier.
After you place your order:
Please note that delivery to rural or remote addresses may take longer. These delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays due to Acts of God, weather, or other unusual circumstances are non-refundable.
To protect our customers, we reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery for any order.

Additional Notes
LARGE, BULKY, AND OVERSIZE ITEMS:
Items that are large, heavy, or bulky may require Freight delivery. Free shipping promotions apply only to items shipped via UPS Ground. Please contact us for shipping information for freight/LTL orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
Freight items include complimentary liftgate service at no additional charge. This service ensures the safe unloading of heavy or bulky items from the delivery truck. If your site has a forklift or loading dock, you may choose to waive the liftgate service during the ordering process.
TRACKING:
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. If you haven't received an email with your tracking number within 5 days after placing your order, please double-check your spam folder. If it's not there, you can click on the "Order Status" link on our website to view your order status and tracking number.
CLAIMS AND DAMAGED GOODS:
If your items arrive damaged, you may either refuse delivery and have the driver note the damage at the time of delivery, or accept it and contact our customer service department at customerservice@contractortool.com for assistance with a replacement or partial credit, if applicable.
Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed within 7 business days of delivery.
STOLEN PACKAGES:
Unfortunately, packages may be stolen when left unattended. We do not refund or replace stolen packages.
To help prevent theft, we recommend having your package delivered to a trusted person if you are unavailable to accept delivery.
If your package has been stolen, you may be able to file a claim under your renters or homeowners insurance policy. Additionally, your credit card may offer purchase protection, which may cover stolen packages after delivery.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that both the billing and shipping addresses are correct at the time of purchase. If an item is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for refunding, replacing, or recalling the item. Please verify all address information carefully before completing your order.
