Smooth website , great prices, many payment options. I purchased a kit that unfortunately out of stock, however the customer service team contacted me via phone call and email quickly. They, of course, offered a complete refund, but were also willing to send me the all of the components of the kit I purchased. I was already happy with the transaction but they took it one step further and gave me a discount (that u didn't even ask for)! A+ experience and definitely will shop at CTS again!

10% code did not work

Due to a glitch in the website design I had an issue with removing an item from my cart. I needed to select a smaller size, but couldn't get the form to allow it. That said, upon being notified of the problem, customer service got right on it and fixed the issue right away! So I'm good with it.
