10% code did not work
Due to a glitch in the website design I had an issue with removing an item from my cart. I needed to select a smaller size, but couldn't get the form to allow it. That said, upon being notified of the problem, customer service got right on it and fixed the issue right away! So I'm good with it.
Very good
I received my vise and it had a stripped out bolt. I did not have my original box so there was nothing that could be done on a replacement. With all the scamming going on today I understand why they require a picture of the box with shipping label. It sucks when you have a 100% manufacture defect case but cant do a thing about it.
